Each class incorporates the original Pilates movements combining strength and mobility in a flowing sequence. Close attention to detail is encouraged to ensure a controlled and precise workout allowing the mind to come back to the body. At the end of each session you will feel stronger, taller, more flexible and calmer.
Jo has been teaching Pilates since 2001. Inspired and trained by Alan Herdman initially, Pilates Institute, Michael King (MK Pilates) amongst others and attends several conventions every year. She started working for Champneys as a Fitness Manager, moved to Portugal to set up and manage a fitness club, and now runs her own Pilates matwork business in North Norfolk.
She offers group classes and personal training in and around Aylsham. Small private groups can also be arranged.
